Feedback gevenTried to drive 1 hour in the afternoon through the driveway. 3 other cars drive away from the loudspeaker and not to get eaten. after 18 minutes inward called to make sure that they took orders and they said we will make sure that someone takes their order asap. waited 7 minutes before leaving without anyone even saying a word about the speaker. I'm sorry, it'll only take a moment, nothing. at this time I saw eight cars behind us, but I just wanted to see how long I needed to be recognized before I got upset. When I drove around the building, I saw 3 people in red shirts standing at the through window and looking like they were talking. not sure what was going on, but it looks like this was a common one in the last few months on the basis of other reviews, including the word.
Went here to get my daughter's dinner. Went through drive thorough and spent 25 minutes. They were busy and short staffed. The manager on duty, Lisa, was wery nice. She explained they had 3 new hires on their 1st day. The food was hot and delicious.
This was the most horrific experience as many prior, however today, 2 managers were speaking on the line in front of everyone. Yelling one of the employees was not in policy attire during the lunch rush, looked at the order dine in several times but continued to speak amongst themselves. We waited for ordering over 5 plus minutes. We only have 30 minutes for lunch.If it wasn't for another employee whi was totally clueless started to take orders, nothing would have gotten accomplished.Mind you both managers went to the back office leaving the front of the house unattended.After receiving my food 11 minutes later , the managers appeared and continued the conversation about how they had to stay till 2 am because no one does their job.I understand being short handed, morale down but totally over the limit for customer service.This has been my 3rd time there, hoping it would improve, but I will never refer or be back.Chick fil a is next door, they have my business and anyone I can speak to about this establishment!
Hot honey chicken sandwich not what advertised. Fresh should mean fresh jalapenos. Rather this is honey chicken and chip jalapeños.
I used the Wendy's mobile app to utilize a delivery order when I finally received my order out of 70 dollar order I received 3 items so I went down to this establishment for the rest of my order only to be greeted by the worst customer service imaginable I stood for 25 minutes before another customer approached the counter and asked if someone could please get behind the cash registered as the line was to the door at this point he was laughed at and told to leave if he wanted to be rude after I was finally spoke to it was instant let me get my manager line waited another 10 for that rude interaction after being told I was lying and basically it was my problem she finally decided to call someone that I guess knew what they were doing as she eventually decided to make the missing items 7 employees were working and not one has a ounce of customer service nor knew what they were doing I watched several other customers get treated unfairly as well and the manager continued to say it was her broken monitors fault for everything no apologies no let me take care that just constant antagonistic behavior to the customers I will never go here again nor will I recommend anyone going there oh and the cherry that seals it all while waiting for my food I asked for the corporate number or owner and was denied and asked what my problem was !!!!!
