King 88 - Monash

I ordered the pepper beef stir fry and fried rice for delivery. The fried rice was packed with ingredients and had big, juicy shrimp. The pepper beef was both spicy and tender.

The King 88 restaurant has undergone a change in management and now offers a fresh new look and taste for customers. The chef, who has over 25 years of experience, brings a wealth of culinary expertise to the table.

Under new owner with excellent foods and great service.The price is very good too, definitely come back again and would recommend this restaurant to all of my friends.

It seems to be back to its original standars (5 years ago and earlier): the new owners are certainly doing their best. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere. BYO a bonus and a $5 rebate on the bill for next time... I just advise the owners to put the correct prices on the online menu that can be seen here on Zomato: the prices on the actual bill are much higher but not unreasonable.

Wonderful staff, extensive menu great food. This is a neighbourhood gem. The food is always fresh and the service is fantastic. Tried a couple of the banquets and always good if you're too busy chatting to peruse the menu. Honey chicken with cashew nuts is amazing as is Eye fillet steak with black pepper sauce, and we just have to mention the Peking Duck better than in Singapore! My husband just loves the Combination Birdsnest.
