Pizzeria Week End - MONCALVO

Awesome place. The most friendly staff made us feel so welcome. Delicious food and no problem with all our special requests for with or without ingredients ´tumbs up` Hope we get the chance to come again.

너무 맛있었던 피자집.. 근처 스파 호텔에서 머물다가 가까워서 갔는데, 약간 덥고 정신없이 왁자지껄했지만 이탈리아 사람들의 로컬 분위기구나.. 하고 흐뭇히 느끼며 식사했어요. 영어 할 줄 아는 분이 한 분이어서 어쩌지.. 했지만 메뉴판에 영어로도 적혀 있어서 다른 문제는 없었습니다. 시키실 때 메뉴판 가르키시고 하나면 “우노”만 외치면 되니까요. 안 되면 손짓 발짓을.. 저희는 안티파스티 anti pasti 두개에다가 피자 하나 시켰는데, 알아서 센스있게 딱 한 피자를 반반씩 큰 접시에 나눠주셔서 서빙해주셔서 감동이었어요. 메뉴 순서도 안티파스타 먼저 서빙하고, 그 다음 피자.. 라고 주문받을 때 확인 해 주신 점도 좋았어요. 이틀전에 Verona의 아주 유명한 레스토랑 갔을 땐 귀찮아하면서 다 같이 한꺼번에 서빙하려고 들어서 황당했는데 말이죠! 그리고 나온 피자.. 너무너무 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 도우도 진짜 얇은데 어쩜 도우가 이렇게 쫄깃한지... 그리고 제 인생 처음으로 피자가 쥬시juicy 할 수 있구나..라고 느꼈어요. 정말 강추 합니다!! We stay in a hotel nearby this restaurant so we went there for dinner. We didn’t expect so much but turns out it was our best choice!! We love the atmosphere yes, very loud, but it’s also nice to see how Italians enjoy their dinner with their beloved ones . There is a lady who can speak enough English to help us order. She is extremely kind and very warm. Thanks to her, we enjoyed a lot. Other staffs are also very kind. They are very cheerful and work really hard. It was really nice that they served us a pizza in half and half on two different plates for us. Very thoughtful..!! And the pizza was so ...good! How can they make the dough so chewy? And I felt for the first time in my life that the pizza could be actually juicy.. the tomato paste I mean Overall, the pizza tastes so good at a cheap price i personally felt it is way better than the one we had in Verona , great anti pasti, friendly service , cozy atmosphere! Strongly recommend.

Weekend Pizza in Moncalvo is a great place to stop for a pizza. Well made in stone oven and lots of interesting options. Good prices and great service.

Super lieve vrouwen in dienst, ik denk dat het zussen zijn. Ze doen hun best om Engels te spreken en ze zijn geduldig als je Italiaans praat. Super magere kleine pizza's. Mooie koffie en heerlijke zelfgemaakte desserts. We komen hier elk jaar, elk jaar, elke week, terug voor de pizza's. Reserveer het eerder!
