Chick-fil-a Moncks Corner

Quality Chicfila food, but this location has yet to get my order correctly. I usually go for breakfast and get a breakfast bowl, but every time I’m missing the salsa or they didn’t do spicy chicken and did regular chicken. It’s still good food, but it’s not what I ordered and that is frustrating. I would drive to the saint James Chicfila over this just because of how often my order is messed up.

We dined in yesterday for lunch. We were so pleased with our service. We were helped by a young lady (we think her name was Kelly) that went above and beyond to make sure that we were good and also the other families that were there. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service. Some people really need to take notes from her. Well done, and thank you

I can't say enough about this location. I mean they ate truly happy people. First few times I thought, wow, they fake well, but after a cpl years of coming here...they are STILL smiling and a few know my sons name, which is nice for a mom to see They help you out and go out of their way to assist. Thank you Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A is always excellent. Met Morgan, the director at this location and she was wonderful. A great personality and extremely helpful. Perfect example of what customer service should be. Thanks!!!!!

I don't eat at this restaurant but my kids do and they love it. No matter how long the drive thru line is, you're never waiting long. Very friendly, fast and efficient service
