Feedback gevenThe service at the 112 Morton Dominoes location is terrible disappointing. I waited over an 1.5 hrs for my order which was odd, since after 25 minutes the online tracker said it was delivered their location is under 10 minutes away from my home. Icalled the location, where i received no apology for the terrible service but was informed they were very busy, a problem hadhappened in their system, they would be making me a new order. Five minutes after that call my pizza finally arrived wascold. I guess the problem in their system my order being remade was a lie.
Terrible! When ordering at night, it takes forever to actually receive your food. I placed my order hoping to receive it within 30 mins like it usually is from this location. It seems to take forever to advance, and then I 'm left waiting 45 mins to receivemy food. I gave the store a call to check up on the status of my order and was told they were well within time-frame. I wasshocked and it took a second for me to say its been on completed for 45 mins and I still don 't have it . He states well thatimpossible because we usually finish our orders within 30 mins, you placed your order at 1050 , and I am staring at the timel... 1145... its been an hour since it was placed. While I was on the phone with this extremely rude person, the food finallyarrived! I ordered a pizza (which was long cold) and my husband ordered a donair (the meat was burned and the food was cold).Never again!!!!
You're not really getting a deal with the 50% off coupon because they give half the toppings ???????? flavor was good though
The food is great and the people are friendly we would go again
I ordered today and was highly unsatisfied. Not only did they mess up the order, but they didn?t cut our pizza and garlic fingers. We also didn?t get our second garlic sauce.
