Nita's And Grill - Moncton

I had just finished some meetings and was heading to my hotel so decided to stop in for a quick pint. They’ve recently renovated so a bit of a surprise when you walk in as its really warm and comfortable atmosphere. I just grabbed a seat at the bar and was surprised to find out 32 oz Thunder Mugs were on sales for $7.50! I didn’t eat this time but great home cooked food as I’ve eaten there in the past. Staff was very friendly and you could tell it’s a regular crowd. Had a great political conversation with another patron at the bar and all was good. Don’t let the location or exterior fool you, very nice pot for a quick beer or two or some solid home cooked food.

Stopped for supper at Nita's, the bar food/menu is from Jean's restaurant kitchen. Service as well as food were both ok, typical diner fare, but nothing spectacular.

Nita’s isn’t big or fancy, just a cozy watering hole and grill adjoining a popular family restaurant on a busy arterial. It’s a friendly place, and during my visit people who were obviously regulars were drinking beer, watching TV and plying the video bandits. Nita’s has a friendly vibe and caters to adults. If you want a more family-friendly place, go next door to Jean’s.

We frequent this place most Sundays for brunch. Staff is friendly, food is great with good portions. The place is newly renovated as well.

Awesome night. Great staff, newly renovated bar and good times. Live music was awesome, great interaction with the crowd. Night eats were solid. Order the wings, haddock tips and the rib bites. So good I might go pick some up later. Met a bunch of new friends there last night and will go back soon.
