Even though we have tried many Piadinerias in the Marche and in the Emilia-Romagna this one stays the best. Through an opening to the kitchen, you can follow some lovely, elder women how they freshly prepare every single Piadina. Fot the Panini I have to admit that its not my kind of eating. As for the restaurant itself, it 's very simple with nearly all the tables outside and only a few seating inside. If you want to be sure to get your place without waiting go immediately at 7 p.m. Later you will have to wait. The restaurant was closed at mitday an on Mondays.

It was the well known best piadina on the coast near Fano since at least the last 25 years. Every summer (is open only during summer time) it was the place to visit during our holidays at least a couple of times. This year was different. All our piadinas were badly burnt and the owner was very rude.
