Gallerie Bistro - MONEGLIA

If you 're not sitting at the bar, good luck. No assigned waiters for tables, they serve as they come around. If you ask a bus boy for anything, he 'll reply I 'm not your waiter and walk away. Foods great if you get to order it. Don 't come thirsty. Order 2 or 3 drinks at a time, it 'll be a while before you see them again Mostly unfriendly staff. Foods good though

Nothing award winning, but had a lovely local draft beer selection. Expect typical hotel pricing at the restaurant. My grilled cheese minus the onions was pure comfort food, but again over priced. The local market and tons of other restaurants are nearby. I would recommend venturing out if you have time. Staff was friendly and quick to check on you. That was a refreshing change from most bars/restaurants nowadays.

Goes from restaurant to high-top bar food at 10PM, but that doesn 't mean you 're out of luck. The Ohio Burger is incredible. The feed is lean and tastes great with a terrific tasty smoked bacon and a white cheese that just rocks...but what sets it apart (aside from the phenomenal fries) is the blackberry ketchup hidden underneath the burger. Wow! Just wow! Might be worth the trip just for the ketchup. The dry rubbed chicken wings are terrific too. Perfectly prepared with just enough spice. You can use the sauce, but it 's not necessary. Don 't be confused but the verbiage they use to describe the draft beer sizes... tall means double...and it ends up warm. Keep that in mind.

We stopped in for a few drinks. We ordered cocktails and hung out. This bar is connected to the Hilton so there were a variety of patrons at the bar. We weren't too hungry which is why we didn't order food. Most people ordered food with their drinks. The staff were pleasant. It was very clean and had nice decor. Nothing super fancy but wasn't trashy either. I love that the walkway from the convention center takes you right into the same level as the bar. Very good setup for both entities.

I enjoyed my visit to the Gallerie bar and bistro inside the Hilton. Various seating options available and I enjoyed my impossible burger and side salad. I usually do not eat at restaurants inside the hotel but I'm glad I stopped here.
