Bistro Della Filanda - Monesiglio

This is really a treasure of piemonte. Young people running a top restaurant. Beside of being friendly, they can also cook very good. The building and terrace has a nice ambiance also. Fresh food, ultra fesh and tasty.

I have been staying nearby for 2 months have been 5 times during my stay. The restaurant is simply great, wonderful food, an excellent wine list fabulous hosts, it is absolutely worth visiting.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly service. I love that the menu is quite small and uncomplicated. I had the Tajarin al Nero di seppia con polpa di riccio, bottarga e basilico. They were exquisite! Everything is cooked fresh and the chefs take great care in selecting the best quality ingredients. Amazing wines selection. I highly recommend this restaurant!
