We were yesterday at lunch, restaurant with wonderful views in the village of pear, ordered to paper, we are served of vegetable charcoal grissini with artistic form, rice waffles with hemp powder, beetroot with a cream of lime and cheeses of levitated pasta with paprika, bread with yeast mother and oil condensed by spalma. an explosion of gooses not to believe. Looking at us as we tasted these entrèe we could not find words to describe the surprise of the goths that melted at every taste. I let you imagine the rest of the lunch as it was an unforgettable discovery.
