Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I’ve been going to this Papa Murphy’s for years. They use to be really great but lately they have been messing up my pizza that I get. I get the Gourmet Vegetarian Pizza and I always tell the people on the phone that I don’t want artichoke hearts on my pizza. 90% of the time when I pick up my pizza they mostly have to remake it because there are artichoke hearts on the pizza. So I have to wait around for whoever to remake the pizza, it’s annoying. It’s not hard to not put a certain topping on the pizza especially when I ask on the phone not to put it on there.

Wanted a decent pizza for cheap. Tried to use their website from my iPhone, and it crashed on the credit card. Walk in was still fast. Pizza came out great in my oven.

Staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome.

I could not believe the price of a large pizza was raised by $6.00! Price gouging. I will not buy there anymore.

It's so frustrating because I come in here with my headphones on because the music is too loud. I sat there and waited for my pizza, it's obvious that I have headphones on. There's me and one other person. They had literally taken my order, asked my name and watched me sit down.... apparently said my name but I didn't hear it. I made it a point to make good eye contact every now and again, and each of them made eye contact with me while my headphones were on.... Think you guys could have waved your hand or something to alert me? You think I'm just hanging out in your store for nothing? I tipped them 20% ....My advice, call ahead and don't tip.
