Auberge de Valestaliere - Monoblet

The place is a small jewel, the outdoor area is beautifully decorated and has a great view. The menu is small, but all dishes are delicious and delicious. The staff or better the owner is very attentive and recommended the most suitable wine for... our menu, I really enjoyed it! Well done when I come back!

Seasonal products, short menu, but great attention to each product on the plate. I am GF and they twist the food accordingly without problem, really enjoyed it and my 2 guests too. Second time and will surely be back!

We had a wonderful Sunday lunch here a couple of weeks ago on our way to spend a week in a rather challenging hamlet in the Cervennes. The shady terrace, the friendly welcome and the excellent food particularly the duck and the chocolate fondant made...for a great visit. I rather wish we could have stayed the week here. It was blissful.

Valestaliere had set a gourmet, 5 course, dinner up, together with winewaker Samuel Delafont and it was marvellous: From the foie gras, over the scallops, to the lamb, followed by excellent cheeses and a delicious dessert, all accompagnied by very good wines. This was our second visit and we were blown away once again by the quality and imagination which is displayed in the dishes on offer. They offer the best food you will find in the Gard at a very sensible price. Our only regret is...that it is a fair drive from where we live but it is well worth the journey. Jim and Gill Pearce
