The poor employee was working by herself and she did the best she could while managing multiple stations. This review is a reflection on management not the employee

Nephew enjoyed this place, there is none in Florida

The staff forgot two of my food items and one was never brought out. they didn’t mention that a food item was out of stock and i was still charged for it. My missing drink was made and sitting behind the counter for 10 minutes before i asked about it.

I would have given a rating of 5 stars, but the reason I didn't is because of the was not open on several occasions at 5:30 AM. I assume, like so many other like establishments, probably hard to find employees. Other than the store being closed when it should be opened, the food and service has been top notch.

I tried to order online for pickup. After being told to verify my email a dozen or more times, I gave up. What a pain in the !!
