Restaurant La Bastide - Monpazier

We met with work colleagues from many years ago who have retired in Monpazier for a last night dinner at Restaurant La Bastide and it was fabulous. The food, the service and the ambience was perfect. A dining experience especially my John Dory simply sublime followed by crème brûlée

Situated in the beautiful town of Monpazier and recommended by the owner of the gite we stayed in, this restaurant did not disappoint. The food was really good quality and presented well it was well worth the visit and I would go again if I was in the area.

Our friends are locals and really like this restaurant. It is very charming in a lovely village. The excellent service was very friendly and helpful. I had a seafood appetizer and a lamb main and both were very good.

Staff were really friendly and the restaurant is dog friendly. Had a pleasant lunch and the food was ok.

Beautiful food served by very friendly staff and chefs. We were first in the restaurant and not sure what to expect, worry not Menu de Jour gave great selection and tasted fab. 24€ is a steal. Try it you will not be disappointed.
