Bob Evans - Monroe

Great hospitality and seating were no problem. eating is homemade and waiting was about 15 minutes to eat. drinks where served immediately. many thanks for a nice quiet, comfortable atmosphere.

So rough. the food was cold, my carrots were raw and my kartoffels were a tiny spoon full. won't be here again. they spend their money elsewhere. that would be worth it.

I stopped this morning. only 3 cars on the parking lot. the one server has set me and said another server will get my order. could be asked if I wanted to drink. I waited and waited. then I went out. I know many things have changed since covid and I guess customer service was another. I remember when the waitress waited for the customers, not vice versa. I loved to eat bob evens, but I won't get back to the monroe restaurant

Eating was quite good, but it seemed that the portion size has been reduced since our last visit (which was a year or so). that food came out quickly. the service was pretty good. food: 4/5

I ordered the 2 piece fried chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes. The chicken was so hard I could barely bite it; and very spicy. I couldn't eat it. The green beans were also spicy. Couldn't eat them. The biscuits certainly weren't the old biscuits they used to serve. Hard on the outside. Not tasty at all. Only thing good, was the mashed potatoes, which had to be doused in butter. Used to love Bob Evans. Doubt we will return there.
