Domino's Pizza - Monroe

The service was absolutely terrible today. I ordered two pizzas for my employees at 1:25 and received no communication. I waited on the floor for 1.5 hours until the driver finally arrived at 3:20 with no explanation. The pizzas were cold and had to be thrown away. I left work at 6:30 and requested a refund. I will never order from this restaurant again!

Placed order with a Human Young Lady at this Store for pickup.She said it would be ready in 30 minutes.Got to Store and was told they didn’t have a order for me .Nobody had a clue.Complete Clown Show.Hello Papa John’s

Fast, friendly, great food at reasonable prices and great customer service

My review isn't based on the quality of the food however, its based on being deceived of Domino's 2 minute guarantee. I ordered carside delivery and per the website, if your order isn't at your car within 2 mins, you'll receive a free pizza. When I was advised by the tracker that my order was ready, I allowed a few mins before I started the timer as a courtesy. As soon as the timer got to 0:38 the timer was stopped on Domino's end. I didn't receive my order until 2 mins later. To make matters worse, when the cashier brought out my order (6 pizzas), he handed them to me and walked away without ensuring that I had hold of them and I almost dropped them. I'm assuming he wanted to make a quick getaway before I mentioned the timer was paused and I was cheated out of a free pizza.

I understand everyone is short staffed but when you are told a time for delivery and it’s not met you should have a protocol in place. A apology at the least. Asked to speak to a manager and the lady was a joke didn’t even apologize. We will not order here again.
