Mcalister's Deli - Monroe

I enjoyed my tea, but I felt bad for the customer sitting next to me. She was quite unpleasant. I understand that you give away your teacups, but she threw a tantrum because her 10-year-old daughter bought a biscuit and assumed she would receive a cup as well. The poor child didn’t get a cup until her mother started yelling at her. I think if you’re going to give away the cups, you should clarify that they are only free with a drink purchase or for customers over 18. Just my suggestion—it would cause less trouble for your staff and potentially increase your business.

The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the prices are very affordable. The restaurant is also clean and not overly crowded.

I absolutely love McAlister's! The food is always delicious, and the service is consistently friendly. If I could, I'd visit every day! Plus, their tea is amazing! I recently stopped by to fill up my refillable tumbler with tea.
