Papa John's Pizza - Monroe

It's papa John's. If you want fine dining, go elsewhere. Ordered their spicy garlic pizza for pickup. Was ready really quickly. Under 15 minutes. Went to pick it up. Was able to pay quickly and get my pizza and it was correct. Exactly what I was looking for.

I had an issue with my online order back in March where they forgot an item. When I called to follow up, they assured me they would credit my account. However, when I called today to place a carryout order, they had no record of the credit. To make matters worse, they told me they don’t deliver to my address, which is only 1.9 miles away, despite having delivered here in the past. What a disappointment!

When I entered the restaurant, the woman at the front was incredibly rude; she glanced at me and then turned away. The two delivery drivers were also discourteous, expecting me to move aside without so much as a "excuse me" so they could pass. I'm really glad I didn't leave a tip with my online order.

Every time we order from this location for delivery, they forget to deliver an item. I called to see if we could get the item refunded and was told that wasn’t an option. We were given the option of having it remade and delivered to us in 1-1.5 hours (it was getting late and we were putting our baby down and didn’t want to be disturbed late) or getting a store credit. We didn’t want the store credit as we don’t plan on ordering from this store any longer.

I had a problem with an online order on 02/08/2023 and the manager on duty Luke was very helpful in resolving the complaint. He handled very professionally and I wanted to thank him for that. I know a lot of places are short staffed and yet they still do their best.
