Piccadilly Restaurants - Monroe

Got the fried chicken for the first time. It was really good great color, crispy, and very moist tender. Better than most fast food chicken.

Food was ok. But it could have been better. But the service was excellent. The young lady was very attentive to all of us.

Attempted to pick up a DoorDash mobile order and the individual at the pick-up spot was ridiculously and unnecessarily short and rude with me, spoke to me like she’d never heard of a mobile order-like it’s some kind of foreign concept to her, and was a poor excuse for whatever you’d want to call a worker. She visibly ignored me, spoke to me in a vile tone, and clearly never once has been told how to properly speak to someone that needs help. I will never give this business service as a customer.

A Great food, friendly staff, super clean environment.

The food was excellent as well with so many choices!!
