Feedback gevenI paid $10 for a nearly-empty bowl that I didn't even finish. The beans were cold and tasteless, and there was hardly any chicken. I felt like I was ripped off. I called to complain about the issue, but they were not helpful.
This Qdoba location is probably the worst one I have ever been to. I placed my order through the app 20 minutes before arriving, but when I got there, they had not even started making my food. There were just a lot of people standing around in the lobby. After finally receiving my food and getting home, I realized that half of my toppings were missing.
Reasonably priced and delicious! I ordered the shrimp steak rice and bean bowl, which was tasty. The fresh cilantro and pico de gallo added a nice kick to the dish. Perfect for when you don't feel like cooking but want something other than McDonald's.
Arrived before they opened with my family. Sign on the front door says ?due to short staff we will be online only?. I did ask the manager if this was true, and she affirmed. Good luck QDOBA! I won?t blame the workers it is clear some businesses do not want to thrive. Another one bites the dust! We will find a restaurant with a more consistent experience? like the one across the street.
The restaurant was absolutely disgusting tables were not clean, counter was dirty. We were told it was going to take 10 minutes to make the rice we decided to wait. 15 minutes later went back to the counter and was told 10 minutes for the rice again. The last few times we have been here they have been out of almost everything. Soda machine is almost always out of everything. The soda machine was leaking. This was the last time I will give this qdoba a chance. Chipotle can't open soon enough.
