Feedback gevenWe are very disappointed. My partner ordered a drink and paid for it, but even after checking in, no one brought it to us. He ended up leaving upset. There were only two other people inside, yet it seems like only the drive-thru window is being attended to. They've taken our money, but we never received our drinks. This is one of the worst Sonics in terms of service.
The food was delivered promptly, hot, and delicious. Our server, Jerry, appeared very professional and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about his job.
I had a negative experience at the restaurant. A new employee was unsure of the menu and insisted I was wrong about my order, but I knew I was correct. I spoke with the person in charge, who acknowledged my order and confirmed the correct pricing.
Service at chicks tempo employees are extremely rude to customers waiting for 10 minutes on the intercom without anyone needing my order to clean home from the earth, starting with the administration there.
Waited over 45 minutes for TWO DRINKS. Never received them even though the manager told us twice that they’d be out shortly.
