Subway - Monroe

On October 13, 2019, I had dinner at 8 PM and had a lovely experience. The ladies working there were friendly and engaging, making jokes with me, which was a delightful touch. Having that kind of interaction with the staff definitely encourages a return visit. I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki Poboy, and it was just as good as what I’ve had at other locations before. The restaurant was mostly clean, and everything seemed well-maintained. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would happily return to this location.

Absolutely disappointing... WOW! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch 12” sub (with tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers, and pepper jack cheese). I even had my order repeated back to me three times! But after one bite, I realized there was no bacon. I went back to show them, and the confused lady who was making the sandwiches asked, "Wait, was the chicken bacon ranch sub supposed to have bacon in it?" The cashier was very apologetic and gave me extra bacon, but when I got home, I realized they also forgot the cheese and bell peppers! I honestly can’t believe they could mess up this badly, especially when there were only two cars behind me and one guy ordering inside! Come on, really?!

The dining experience is always consistent and enjoyable. The staff was friendly. I would give it 4 stars for the following reasons: 1) The bathroom definitely needs an update. 2) There were boxes of supplies stacked in front of the windows.

On October 13, 2019, at 8 PM, I visited this restaurant and had a lovely experience. The staff members were friendly and engaging, sharing jokes and creating a warm atmosphere. Their personable interaction certainly made me want to come back. I ordered a delicious teriyaki po'boy that met my expectations based on similar dishes I've had in the past. The overall cleanliness of the place was impressive, and everything seemed to be well-organized. All in all, I had a great time, and I would definitely return to this restaurant.

Everything looked clean except for some boxes that were stacked up in the restaurant. eating was good, but sandwiches something filled. a lot of brot compared to the beats. the staff was friendly, patient and helpful. I would go back.
