Ordered a foot-long on the website for pick up and my wife picked it up and it didn’t have half of the stuff that was supposed to be on it and it was ordered on the website so it’s not that hard to mess up when you have a list in front of you of what to put on it but it was missing half of the things that were supposed to be on. It may be more than half. And what was on it was very poorly on it like it was just thrown on and only had one cucumber and one pickle. How d is that so when we took it back to get it fixed, the lady that made it argued with my wife that she put everything on as if we were lying. I’ve been getting the exact same self with the exact same stuff on it for years. I’ve never had this much of a Problem
All three sandwiches were made incorrectly and with poor care. Lack of appreciation for our sandwiches and respect for our food. .I would really appreciate if these sandwiches were remade correctly. This company we chose to have dinner at with my family and cause of the lack of respect for my family food my niece went to bed hungry and utterly disgusted with Subway. Please I hope that management sees this and takes the correct actions to fix our menu items and straighten this out problem. All I can say is that I am disappointed in this Subway and its employees.I will be calling in morning to request recompensation on the full amount to be return in cash for the menu items I purchased. But I feel I rather have my money returned to me for these sandwiches. And I hope management rectifies this situation. Thank You God Bless.
Employees non stop cussing and talking bad about each other took 15 mins to make 3 sandwiches for a customer ahead of me he asked for American cheese she said they didn’t have any so I asked her if I heard correctly and was ignored so I walked
The last few times I've ordered from this location there has always been an issue. Whether it's being out of what I'm asking for or the bread is hard enough to be a doorstop. I understand inflation and rising costs, but quality has gone way down. I doubt I'll go there anymore.
