Taco Bell - Monroe

All right. Many young people work without an adult supervisor. Must repeat the same order, also thought you ordered from the kiosk. Teens work, talk busy and go about their lives, but you finally get your food.

I went to the taco bell in monroe and the service was great, but the dishes were extremely hard and we could not really eat them. powerball had been done wrong and it was evil, that is the first time that I have ever experienced bad service from this place before.

Drive the line long. on the inside. the order had to be taken from a self-order system on the wall. learn to receive changes. rise and go with the flow of the constantly changing world. not sure if that's okay.

With so many rising numbers of covid 19 cases in the area and I just purchased my lunch there i saw 2 associates without mask, then called via phone and had to call 10 times in order for them to answer and the same person who answered hung up on me 8 times! on the 9th call I asked if employees are suppose to wear mask and He said yes! then I said why i saw 2 employees with out it. He said was going to talk to them

Ordered the standard 3 hardshell tacos with light lettuce guy at the window even confirmed my order...basically got 3 cold lettuce tacos no sauce and soggy, not even edible..the service was nice and he was trying but the food was the worse I've ever gotten at any taco bell
