Taste Of India - Monroe

Amazing food and service! I have had Indian food all over the place and this was one of my favorites. The staff were very attentive and nice. Will make it a point to come back if I am passing through.

Some of the best food in Monroe, also the freshest! We come from Ruston every weekend to eat here. The owners are so nice, and there is a little shop where you can shop Indian goods. Really grateful this place exists.

Excellent! I'm coming back! Update 02/24/22 Still the best Indian restaurant within 100 miles. The family that owns Taste of India are the nicest, most welcoming folks anywhere. Still love coming here…never had a bad meal. Try the mango chicken, Saag paneer, vegetable korma, or pretty much anything on the menu. The weekend buffet is also an awesome way to experience a variety of items, you might not otherwise order. Always enjoy the variety of Indian beers as well.

A buffet style Indian food restaurant which has a menu. The atmosphere is open and inviting, and yet private enough that a couple could enjoy a private meal. Cleanliness: The place and building is pretty clean. The seats and table were also presentable. All the forks and plates were clean, as well as the food bar. Food: all of the food that was tried was well prepared and delicious. There might be some spice you dont like, but that is an advantage of the buffet.
