AWFUL SERVICE. I’m a local and I’ve placed several orders through the app and the employees ignore it every single time. I’ve waited over 30 mins for a simple drink. The worst service ever! I ordered one drink through the app and selected ASAP for pick up. I arrived 6 minutes after placing the order. I waited over 20 minutes. What is the purpose of ordering in the app selecting ASAP if the order isn’t ready? After waiting, I let someone know I was there to pick up an app order. They lied said the order was coming but never showed up. I end up leaving without my order. This is not the first time I had issues at this sonic. The service is poor. The workers are rude.
