We went to this restaurant specifically because we could join the waiting list before we came there. we picked up the waiting list online, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told, "we don't do it" and that it would be a 45-minute waiting period. if they do not do that, then take this option from open table. Please note. we have not really eaten in this facility, so my reviews for food, service, etc. may not be exact. this review did not allow me to skip the reviews.

Apparently the one I used for the 18th birthday of my son. we have a table reserved, so we thought on 8 november at 18 o'clock. when members of my party arrived, they were told that their restaurant does not accept reservations and does not use the open table. the hostess was rude and seemed to have made her irritate. we only sat at 18:40 a.m. and only because I asked to see the manager who let us sit immediately after cleaning a table that sat all the time, we waited dirty with furry and glasses. the food was good and the waitress was top-notch. please check them closer to the places they make reservations. I was told I had to check my reservation. However, when I placed the reservation, I was under the impression that I had a confirmed reservation and did not have to call. so I will not now use their open table website to set up reservations. Thank you.

Our table was not ready. we were not recognized by our server for 25 minutes and I had to go back to the host to let them know. Eating was okay, the service was slow.

Our waitress, brandi was excellent. the restaurant system seemed to be very old and need for an upgrade.

The restaurant was great, but they do not take reservations from Open Table. You need to indicate on you website that they don't take reservations. You even sent me a confirmation. It was a good thing they weren't busy since it is over an hour's drive away.
