Feedback gevenNice garden, service could be better, food mediocre, menu with poor choice. On the appetizer (a plate with cheese selection for 2 the pieces were cut so small, that it was hard to believe they managed to do this . The pasta dish was not tasty. The high-light which saved us was a garnishment dish patate in tecia , a sort of smashed potatoes served in the pan.
Great food and wines at ristorante Krizman. We had late lunch in the beautiful garden. Great pasta' s meat and local antipasti.
After several preceding visits we had a truly genuine experience on a sunny day in June, seated nicely in the shade of the ample and garden with a light breeze. Excellent Prosekar as an aperitif (a local, genuine expression of Prosecco) followed by a variety of antipasti and primi piatti, and then a medium rare beef fillet in a hay bed...! Excellent! Strawberry sorbetto with long pepper as a dessert is delicious. Service is very kind and professional, as every time. Many thanks indeed!
I visited this restaurant w. a really big group of people. There were 122 of us, a whole generation of people born in 1967... The restaurant is nice looking, the waiters/sses nicely uniformed, the red wine very good for the white I don't know), but the food, generally speaking, below any expectation. We had some snacks, among those the melted parmesan cheese and the redbeet cream w. radish-whipped cream were tasty and a goid idea, so I was expecting a tasty dinner. At first we had a bis of absolutely tastless champignons risotto and vegetable lasagna veggies overcooked , tasting lake having been in the refrigerator for ages) ... I always eat up everyting I get on a plate, this time I left most of the lasagna, eating the tastless risotto, because I was hungry. As main dish we got a plate w. 2 pieces of tastless baked meat w. smashed potatoes and spinach the spinach was the only really tasty thing of the maun course). As a side dish we' ve got also 100% tastless and overcooked green broadbeans. They were just smashed on the plate and served w. no feeling for the eaters.... in fact only few I did) even tasted them. Tastless not to say disgusting... Well, yes, the dessert, a good looking fruit cake I think it was raspberry w. a little bit of chocolate) was REALLY GOOD and I asked for an extra piece. I din' t understand why they didn' t make an effort to satisfy so many people... 122 satisfied persons would have spread the voice, or...?
Elvis is a great host, his cuisine delicious.Different local dishes revisited in a new way:horseradish ice-cream, fried elder flowers....The garden outside is fantastic during the summer
