Thai Zone - Mont-Tremblant

Today, our group had a meeting at Thaizone, which is situated at 587 Arthur-Sauve in Saint-Eustache. The experience was truly fantastic, with fresh and clean interiors.

We ordered food from this restaurant on a Thursday night and the delivery took 1 1/2 hours. The only compensation offered was an apology. The General Tao Chicken was good, the Green Curry and Imperial Rolls were okay, but the Pad Thai and Panang were lacking in flavor. They provided fish sauce for you to add, but it was not the best quality. The presentation when you open the box is appealing, but upon taking the first scoop, it's mostly rice underneath. Overall, the food was not worth the money and I would not order from them again.

Wanting to enjoy a discount coupon and a free ice cream picket, my spouse and I gave it to the bait of a special. the staff is well run, fast and efficient, the service is good, of the fast service type. Unfortunately we were disappointed by Colonel Tao whose semi-piquant sauce was more than sweet to such a point that the cornet served as a dessert did not appear to be. We are given to see that the Thai region's recipes are not suitable for us.

The fast-casual restaurant is located in the vicinity of the old Tim Hortons area. The dining area is spacious and well-maintained. The service was a bit lacking, as we visited during the initial phase of staff training and noticed some nervousness and disorganization among the waitstaff and in the kitchen. Based on their Facebook page, it appears that service may improve over time. Rice dishes are plentiful and tasty for those who enjoy them. However, the quality and quantity of other menu items can be inconsistent. For example, the Colonel Tao's chicken dish was flavorful but lacked chicken. Our experience with the beef dish yielded similar results. The soup we ordered on our last visit was lackluster. In short, the restaurant serves typical fast-food fare, with room for improvement in consistency and quality.
