Feedback gevenI think there is a new owner of this franchise as of recent months, and it is evident in the decline in quality. This Subway used to be great, but now it is lacking. It seems like there has been a lack of training and consistency among the sandwich artists. I will definitely not be returning to this store. The employees seem to not care about their job or providing good service. I also noticed that they no longer have feedback cards available.
I always feel welcome at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the place is impeccably clean. The sandwiches are incredible, I would give them another star if I could. The only downside is that they don't open until 11 a.m., when they used to open at 9 a.m. I understand why, but I miss being able to come for breakfast on weekdays. Hopefully they will consider opening earlier in the future.
The staff is friendly, but the wait times are longer than expected. Every time I go to Subway, there are at least three people working behind the counter - one making sandwiches, one at the cash register, and another inviting customers to order. In comparison, Montague usually has just two employees, sometimes only one. This results in longer lines and slower service. If they had more staff members, the wait times would be reduced and they could potentially increase their business. I ended up leaving without ordering because the line was too long and slow.
Most travels were very good. Service was usually good, but it can wait quite during the lunch hour. But this is the best option for food in the city.
Shocked at cost of a six inch sandwich and chips over 11 dollars! and it was also not very good.
