A warm welcome and delicious food and wine! This stylish restaurant is in a most gorgeous setting overlooking the vineyards of Gaillac, a really special place!

Well we have eaten here before but we still enjoy coming back every now and again. Good food, good service, with “amusée bouche “ in good supply.. There were 4 of us this time and the 2 friends had not eaten here before and they were duly impressed. Well done chefs front of house staff.

One of the best 10 restaurant meals in my llife!. A gorgeous setting looking out over vinyards and tarn valley. My wife and I with friends who had to cancel their 50th anniversary party due to COVID. it was a very warm, sunny afternoon in a mid-Septemberafternoon, we were seated in a lovely curtained gazebo in front of the Roman villa.. The set lunch menu was refined and offered a choice of bar fish or veal for the main. each course was intersperesed with amuse bouche, and each couse featured a fascinting tuile wafer all made in different flavours and shapes. Service was attentive and detailed, the water jugs were changed for fresh cool water at least five times during the meal. Good value for money considering the number of courses and standard of cuisine.

Ancient home of the former winery beautifully restored, furnished and tastefully decorated! We have enjoyed ourselves, the chef proposes different associations, he applies for his plate presentations! Good taste, it's good! Modern cuisine highlighting seasonal products. Next time we will taste a red Gaillac and we will return to the beautiful season to eat on the terrace with the view of the vineyards.

Excellent, we were there for a family meal, it was perfect.
