John's Drive-in - MONTAUK

If I could rate this place with negative stars, I definitely would. All we wanted was a waffle cone, but what ice cream shop runs out of waffle cones at 8 PM? I could overlook the rude staff if they had just had the waffle cone available. Unfortunately, no waffle cone meant the staff get a negative star as well. If you're craving a waffle cone, I suggest looking somewhere else. What a disappointment!

The food was excellent! I would definitely rate this place 5 stars, but they only accept cash. I had to use the ATM at the store, and unfortunately, my debit card was hacked. I'm currently working with the bank to resolve the issue. If you decide to visit, I strongly advise against using the ATM.

John's was a pleasant place to dine. It was a bit warm inside, and the restroom doesn’t lock, but aside from that, I will definitely visit again.

One of the BEST old fashioned hand made burgers I've ever had! Very friendly and efficient service. The owner brought the food out to us and even fixed my wife an ice cream afterward! Great place! You deserve a break today! Get up and get away from McDonalds! Parking: No problem. We rode our bikes!

The name threw me off. It's walk in not drive in. Line was out the door so didn't bother. Food looked good, maybe I'll try again next time I'm around. Wish I could of just stayed in my car like the name suggested.
