We heard live music coming from this little bistro one Friday night, so went in for a drink. Despite attempting to order in French, the proprietor pretended to have never heard of such a thing as apple cider. It turns out he was having some fun with us, as he told us when we left an hour later. He also said that he didn 't really like the English . When we said we were actually Canadian, he retorted that in Canada they speak French! It left a sour taste after our nice hour in the bistro watching the very talented Gypsy singer. At least the beer was ok.
