The value-for-price ratio is medium: few choices due to the lower number of people on the establishment (related to the covide). it is not acceptable for a canteen not to leave a fountain: it has been closed by anticovid measure, but I think logic is more financial: the establishment prefers to charge 1euro the bottle.
