A courageous bet to offer a hostel in the small town of Montcarrat. here no conlo, everything is fresh and prepared on site, including desserts. It is still easy to book a table there but given the quality of the kitchen, perhaps more for a very long time!
A delicious meal, excellent service and a very friendly waitress... Finally as usual... I recommend it...
