Just think she had too many tables to tend to so we found ourselves waiting longer to ask for extra items or drink refills, etc. but other than that she was fantastic.
Two people ordered the prime rib and it had a funny after taste. The rest of the meals were okay. Our main waitress was good but we did ask another young lade for side of ranch and lemon and she forgot. Then after a bit we asked our main waitress and brought it right away but it was too late. The meal was already eaten. Place needs to be redone. Still the same way from 10 years ago.
Meh... lacking personality. The reservations displayed the time slots by saying “experience” next to them I.e. “6:30pm Experience”, due to lack of human connection and more of a robotic transaction apathetic treatment. :
Our waitress was really obnoxious. She was trying to strike banter and make jokes, but it was coming off as very off-putting and rude. Her jokes felt very targeted and forced. Her jokes consisted of finding something to poke fun at and harping on the the same joke until it was just plain rude. One example is when my dad ordered a Pepsi and the rest of us ordered waters, while my brother got a beer. My other brother asked for a sip of my dad's soda to see if he should get one, because he was on the fence. The waitress came over and started joking about how we should just order a second one instead of trying to sneak the one drink between two people... She kept poking fun at that the rest of the dinner, talking about how she'll just ring in an extra Pepsi so they don't have to feel forced to share it. Another time she came by, she started talking about how she can just bring four extra straws so we can all share the one soda between the 5 of us— very tongue in cheek humor, but it was really rude. She probably made jokes about the soda like 5 or 6 times throughout the night. If it was that much of an issue for her she should have just charged us for another soda. When she brought the check at the end, she had circled the “1” for the Pepsi (my dad's original drink) and she wrote a smiley face next to it. It was incredibly distasteful and extremely rude. Her attitude felt very passive-aggressive throughout the entire dinner and it was a disappointing experience because my dad chose this place for his Father's Day Dinner because he really likes it and we have been coming here for the past couple of birthdays and holidays.
We had a great Father's Day dinner. Our server Stephanie got everything correct. Only tajes a while to give refills. The menu was good selection, for adults and kids. Its only the host was grumpy and extremely was not friendly. Which was dissapointing. I don't bring my life problems to my work. Why would anyone else do that?
