Feedback gevenThe place environment outstanding. The live music and entertainment shows how much the love their customers. Rodizio has so much variety and flavor. It does take some time to get a table, but their owners would help you in every way to make you feel a priority. I thank them to help us in our reservation and the magnificent time in their restaurant.
Bad experience on Father’s Day. Waitress taking care of table (guy with a pony tail didn’t get his name) was extremely bad, we asked for our drinks multiple times and he didn’t even try to get them, meat came first that drinks, we needed to stand up and go to the bar to get them. We noticed he was doing the same with other tables ignoring requests etc. This totally ruined the experience, we are not coming back to this restaurant and we will never recommend. Food was not bad but a bad waitress ruined it all. No salad bar for rodizio only fries and beans. To clarify, guys serving the meat were really attentive.
First time coming here. Honestly not too bad. There were definitely favorites on the platter I ordered. A few were just a tad salty but overall the rest were good. The service was also phenomenal and someone who I think was the manager was very kind and generous.Food: 4/5
This place has a lot of potential but is going to require ownership; take this feedback in the spirit it 's written and viewed as constructive. The food was good, not great but good, not overly priced, and service was more than adequate; these factors are usually enough to get people in the door and get them back; that 's the good . Feedback for ownership is place is falling down around itself and needs a major makeover. We chose this place solely based on it was one of the very few restaurants open at 11 PM on a Saturday in Montclair. We got a late start, what can I say? We go there and were seated at a table that was literally about ready to fall over if you rested a rose on it, let alone cut steak. Fix your furniture, guys; this does not require money but does require that you give a S#%t. The chairs weren 't much better. The decor needs to be freshened up, including the lighting, actually pretty much everything. This will require you to invest back into your business, but if you don 't my bet is the place will be closed as there are better places to go.
I have never taken the time to write a review before, but I just feel people should be aware. We waited an hour after ordering to receive our main course, then ten minutes after, they brought out our appetizer. The clams were minuscule and the steak was tuff. The bread seems like it was sitting around a long time before it was served. The table was positioned so you are looking behind the bar and into the kitchen, it was also by the entrance where everyone who came in was standing next to you. I wish I would have checked some reviews first, because other people posted similar poor experiences with this restaurant. I would not use OpenTable in the future to choose a restaurant.
