Burger King - Montclair

I witnessed an unpleasant incident at this restaurant where a woman refused to serve a homeless man seeking food. Instead of listening to him, she yelled for him to leave or she would call the police—and she did. All he wanted was a meal, and at the end of the day, we’re all human. No one should have the right to deny someone food, especially when he had money to pay for it. It’s worth noting that she was friendly to her regular customers.

It’s disappointing to see such a lack of common sense and manners in the younger generation. The employee rolled his eyes and sighed, acting as if I was a nuisance. As a former manager myself, I once had to let an employee go for not doing their job properly, since it reflects poorly on the business. I can confidently say that I won’t be returning to this Burger King again.

The staff is generally friendly, but this location really needs some updating. It hasn’t had any renovations in the last 20 years, and it shows. The place feels neglected and almost abandoned, even though it’s still operational. Please, Burger King, show this store some love!

Food was good. Cleanliness was good. Drink selection was fine. I downgraded for a pay toilet where they were out of tokens for diners. It was only 25 cents but it bothered me.
