Feedback gevenThe drive-thru took a bit longer than usual today, but it was well worth the wait! My Famous Star with cheese was perfect, especially with the Extra Special Sauce (not the Thousand Island). The drive-thru staff usually provide excellent customer service. Thank you, team!
They over charged me $42 on my order and even though they asked if I wanted bacon and cheese on my burger, when I got home neither was on it. Also the food was cold and fries disgusting and stale. The employees at this location just do not care. I betif they were short on their paychecks they?d be real quick to act. They put literally no effort into their job. I?ll never buyanything from this location ever again.
I don't remember it being like this—this used to be a five-star restaurant. What happened?
I ordered a Double Bacon Western Cheeseburger, drove away, and once I started eating, I noticed they gave me a single instead of a double. It felt like too much of a hassle to go back for a correction.
I had a wonderful visit! Nelson at the front counter took my order with a smile and delivered my food with a fantastic attitude. I also had the pleasure of using the bathroom, which was impressively clean and smelled amazing—like it had just been freshly bleached! Overall, it was a fantastic experience during my time in the lobby.
