Feedback gevenI really enjoy this place, but one of the cashiers was quite rude and attempted to argue with my mom (who only wanted her drink remade because it was too sweet). Update: the situation was resolved in a very professional manner, and I returned to enjoy delicious drinks once again.
The overall experience at the restaurant was great, but unfortunately, the cashier was very rude and arrogant.
This used to be my favorite bubble tea store until tonight. I went in and there were only a few people waiting yet the wait was pretty long. The man who prepared my drink got my order entirely wrong. The size was wrong, the ice level was wrong, and the drink tasted so bad. Instead of apologizing, he said that it was a long day. What kind of service is that…? We felt bad that he seemed stressed but I am paying good for a drink so shouldn’t he have done a good job of checking that the correct drink was made?
The boba at Gong Cha in Montclair was delicious, but unfortunately, the overall experience was lacking. It was my first time visiting Montclair, and I was excited to try out the popular boba spot with my husband, as we are big boba fans. However, one employee was very short and rude from the beginning. As a respectful customer, I did not appreciate the lack of greeting and the aggressive way the drinks were made. It made us feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The employees should be trained to have better attitudes towards customers.
The girl with a bunch of tattoos should really consider getting a job that doesn’t entail working with people. the attitude on her really makes me not want to give the montclair location any more of my
