There are a lot of vegan dishes available at this restaurant, which are well-presented and delicious, but they are on the pricier side. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was quick, probably because we were seated early. The quality of the food was excellent. Reviewed again on December 10, 2022.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant last night. The weather was perfect, so we decided to sit outside in the beautiful environment. We ordered an appetizer and dishes from a promising menu. However, our experience was marred when the hostess brought out a Bluetooth speaker and placed it next to our table, playing loudly and causing embarrassment among other diners. When I asked our waiter to turn it off, he left without resolving the issue, only to return with a different speaker a few minutes later. The service was slow, with us waiting for about 45 minutes before getting any attention from the staff. The food was underwhelming, with my wife's veggie loaf lacking flavor and my mushroom zucchini pasta dish not meeting expectations for the $23 price. Despite trying to stay positive for our anniversary, the lack of attention from the staff led us to realize we needed to leave. In the end, it took three different people to finally assist us with our payment and departure. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had the coconut milk French toast for breakfast at this vegan restaurant and it was delicious. The service was friendly.

Le salbuen is great. I particularly appreciate if I can get more than one fruit cup for breakfast / brunch!

Absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, the place was warm and inviting. The service was excellent and the decor transports you to a lovely little experience. This place serves meat, but also has plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. I had the carrot ginger soup to start. The texture was smooth and delicate and the right balance of ginger was used. Magnificent. My entrée was the Vegan Gumbo. The flavors were perfect and the vegetables tender. I would order this again in a heartbeat.I ordered a coffee after dinner and was very pleased that they had almond milk as an option. The only come is that the entree came out a little too quickly, and there were no vegan desserts. Overall, excellent!
