Panda Express - Montclair

I had a great experience at the restaurant. I was dining with my daughter, and she ended up making quite a mess. I attempted to clean it up, but the staff kindly stopped me, assuring me that it was no problem and that they would take care of it.

However, I did take off one star because I wanted to try a new menu item that was advertised in-store, but the employee informed me that it wasn't available due to delays in the sauce ingredients caused by supply chain issues. While this may not be the store's fault, I think they should hold off on promoting a new item until it’s actually available.

Wow, I spoke with the staff, and they informed me that they thoroughly clean the restaurant every few days. Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful!
