Starbucks - Montclair

Employees are nice but this place is a bit shabby tables look battered and there's trash on the floor. I feel sympathetic to the staff. You know what kind of neighborhood this is when you see password locked bathrooms and interesting people coming in for nothing but ice water in a Starbucks venti. Starbucks is what's keeping the real estate value higher and patrons should clean up after themselves. God bless Starbucks!

I have been going here for a long time but after what happened today they lost their selves a customer. I came in here yesterday and today with a 100 dollar bill and they said ?We don?t have change? now I understand because sometime you just don?t have enough change but still I got pretty annoyed because I didn?t see any sign saying ?No 100 dollar bills? or something like that and they specifically said we don?t accept 100 dollar bills so what?? How was I supposed to know?? Then when the lady who was attending us asked her manager just to make sure they didn?t have change and she talking to us in Spanish but the manager said ?I don?t speak Spanish? and he wasn?t even going to talk to us but we know English too so that was lucky but still honestly he wouldn?t have even talked to us if we hadn?t know English they had bad service and I?m never coming here ever again. Don?t come here you might have this same experience this is just a warning ?? to not come here.

I just got off the bus walk up to the door where it says new hours I look at Saturday where it says 5am to 6pm I try to open the door and it's locked I look at my phone it says 5:30pm. The security guard says it's closed I asked why when the time says 6 he says you gotta go through drive thru I say I just got off the bus he goes I don't know what to tell you and closes the door. I stop in here coming home from work a few days a week and this isn't the first time that guard has been rude. I will not be returning to this Starbucks again. ????????

This Starbucks provides the Best Customer service ever. They are fast and have the best team ever. I was so Impressed by this team of hardworking girls I had to give them all a shout out! I've only used the drive thru at this location, and my experiences have been good. The service is fast friendly. I usually go between 7am-9am on a weekday, and the line hasn't been too bad. I mainly do mobile orders and they make my drinks right, and the temperature is perfect by the time I get to the window. I like how the parking lot and drive thru area has enough space to drive, unlike other locations that are in small lots. Overall I've had positive experiences at this location.
