Le Louis XV is the gourmet restaurant at the Hotel Paris, located in the vibrant heart of Monaco, right by the casino. The striking building is not to be missed, especially once it is illuminated at night. The atmosphere of the restaurant is exceptional, with lavish decor and impeccable service befitting of a restaurant of this caliber. The first dish we savored, a reinvented skillet, was simply amazing. Each dish that followed was a success, with perfectly balanced flavors and impeccable presentation. The variety of breads and cheeses, as well as the excellent dessert options, only added to the overall outstanding experience. Our meal at Le Louis XV was a timeless journey that left us with an unforgettable memory.

The gastronomic menu features two standout appetizers that showcase a love for nature and tradition: herb-filled ravioli with zesty lime and decadent crudites with a basil-infused sauce, topped with Parmesan. Noteworthy dishes also include a delightful salad of lettuce and berries paired with green ravioli, ricotta gnocchi, and a medley of small vegetables.
