This place is highly recommended. For several things. There is a lot of choice. But the lady who helped us was super friendly. She helped us choose but also with tips to see in Lucca and the surrounding area. Nice Italian experience.

Good experience! We were helped by a very kind lady. We bought a great Amaro and a bottle of Brunello. We were allowed to bring in our dog, and she offered to keep our purchases in the store until we were done shopping so we wouldn’t have to carry them the whole time. When we came back, we met another lady from the store, who was very kind as well. Both ladies gave a treat to our dog.

The ladies are super friendly and welcoming. We were allowed to try and left with a small bag. We tried something else outside the door... we promptly went back to the store and bought more really, really tasty. Prices are quite high though. But everything was tasty through and through
