A restaurant of 10: perfect balance between traditional dishes and bolder combinations that mark the eye to the high kitchen. raw materials are from the first choice. the chef is an artist, who researches, experiments and proposes innovation: without ever exaggerating. I remember for example the English soup with original recipe, the traditional alchermes (as you will never hear it,) the audacity of the overthrown cappuccino: a sweet ricoerto of salt. Of course even the most traditionalists have everything they can want from the menu, not huge but very beautiful. not by chance this company also addresses and in fact we chose it for our wedding service. top restaurant of the valdichiana in a quiet location and with really a point of view
