I hope your staff isn't as rude and unprofessional as the woman who hung up on me when I called. As a new entrepreneur in the Valley, I reached out for information with the intention of fostering mutual success for our businesses. The attitude of whoever answered the phone was unacceptable, and they really shouldn't be in a customer service role. If you're looking to create a positive reputation while rebranding, I strongly suggest retraining or replacing the individuals handling potential customer interactions. It's disappointing.

We've visited this place twice, and while the staff has been friendly, it's clear that they are understaffed. On both occasions, we were quite disappointed with our food. It took an incredibly long time to arrive, and unfortunately, the pizza was not good at all, and the Buffalo mozzarella bites were pretty disappointing as well. We do enjoy bowling and spending quality time together as a family here, but the food quality really doesn’t match the high prices.

WOW!!! My family and I visited for breakfast/lunch (there were six of us) and arrived at 11:05 am. At that time, only two other tables were occupied in the restaurant. We didn’t receive our food until 12:20 pm, and the meals were brought out in two stages—half of us received our orders first, and then the other half got theirs about 10 minutes later. This was by far the longest wait time I've ever experienced at a restaurant, especially for pancakes and sandwiches—it took a staggering 1 hour and 15 minutes! If you decide to eat here, I recommend placing your order and then heading to a bowling alley for a few games while you wait, because your food won't arrive quickly. We definitely won’t be returning.

Was not expecting such a great burger from a bowling ally but ....wow! Great burger at a great price. I will be back.Kid-friendliness: It's a bowling ally, great kid memory's.Parking: Clean and expansive.

Food was nasty, fries cold, burger cold, water tasted like chlorine, abosultly gross. Service was good. Will never eat ever again.
