Pizzeria Lo Sghello - MONTECARLO

We wanred a pizza today. Passed two pizzaria in San Salvatore , Montecarlo, yesterday it had to be one of them. Bar Grazie was empty, but fully booked. If we had been living in San Salvatore we maybe had got place. No need to argu, we will try it on another occassion. So we went nexr door. The very nice weitress did find us a table outside. English menu and I got tempted with a twist to my regular pizza, got fungi on it as well to my crudo pruchutto...loved it. Size of pizza was just as it shoul be, did not make me stuffed so there was space for gelato as well. Very nice family pizzeria....will be back soon and when we have moved here to our house.

We have been returning annually for over 15 years to savor the wonderful pizza creations and made in house, fabulous gelato. Wonderful people and wonderful pizza!

In this small pizzeria you can have a simple but very nice meal. The pizza 's are made on the principe If you can see the dough you are not yet done : there is no economising on cheese, ham, mushrooms when preparing the food. The tiramisu was very nice as well. The prices are quite sympathetic to your wallet as well. You may need a navigation tool to get there, by the way.

Buonissima la pizza oltre alle insalate e ai dolci fatti in casa. Tutto con il sottofondo di magnifica musica jazz.
