The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu . The food was excellent! They have COVID-19 protocols in place and follow them. I felt relaxed and able to enjoy dining.

Manager Clinton has a great staff, they always provide fantastic service whenever I am on the Island. Love the Pier One Posse!!!!

PIER ONE MONTEGO BAY, is one of the best places I have been to. Miss Stacy, a hostess there, was very exceptional with the way how she talked and moved swiftly with the orders. Very professional I might add, she ensured she asked twice if we were ok and if we needed anything else. She is very altruistic and I would recommend to her management a raise or promotion. I hope you guys know what asset you have there to ensure the guests are very comfortable and just so you know, I WILL VISIT AGAIN AND WILL CALL FOR STACY AGAIN.
