Antojitos Comida Mexicana - Montellano

Ricardo and Alida are so friendly and hospitable. I lived in Mexico (Quintana Roo) and visited several places in Mexico, but had to come to the Dominican Republic for the best and most authentic Mexican food I have ever tried. Ricardos Tacos alone are worth the visit, but everything is excellent. Also try Alidas Piña Colada. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Ok, to be real this is a rustic small family resturaunt, ambiance pleasant on third story rooftop (entrance outside stairs on side of Vimenca building, no signs) Mexican food authentic and very good. Ricardo was most accommodating, tacos and ceviche were excellent. Remember I said it was rustic not elegant, very reasonable prices and friendly folks, short drive from Puerto Plata.
